Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery for unopened, sealed supplement products purchased through the RevivaGo shop.

Non-returnable items

The following are generally not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used supplements (including broken seals)
  • Practitioner-only SKUs sold via clinician handoff
  • Presale / backorder items after fulfillment has begun — see our presale refund policy; contact support before the fulfillment cutoff if you need to cancel

How to start a return

We do not offer a self-serve returns portal in v1. To request a return:

  1. Email support@revivago.com with your order reference number (e.g. RGO20260607ABC123).
  2. Describe the item(s) you wish to return and the reason.
  3. Our team will reply with next steps. Do not ship items back until you receive return instructions.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed manually by RevivaGo operations using our existing payment reversal paths (card refunds via Stripe; cash/comp orders handled case-by-case). Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days for card payments after approval.
